Athlon launched in May 2024 with 1,492 homes, from three- and four-bedroom townhouses to premium villas of up to six bedrooms. The community is designed around movement: more than 10 km of tracks, trails and loops, a cycling loop that links to the Al Qudra track, a central park with four themed parks, and seven clubhouses with gyms, yoga rooms, saunas and children’s playrooms.
The release listed here is the remaining five-bedroom premium villas. The community is pre-certified LEED Platinum and has EV charging built in.
The published plan is 40% during construction and 60% at handover. The reservation amount is not published.
