The property
Yas Point
Yas Point is a 600,000 sq m masterplan announced by Aldar in July 2026. It is planned for around 1,600 homes alongside a five-star resort, branded residences, an international school and a 700 m waterfront promenade with the first beach on the island’s north side.
The Canopies is the opening release: 592 apartments in six mid-rise buildings, set around more than 10,000 sq m of landscaped open space. Layouts run from studios to three bedrooms, and every home has private outdoor space. Residents share two pools with children’s splash pads, two gyms and the Canopy Club, which has a lounge, co-working space, an outdoor kitchen and play areas.
The published plan is 10% on booking, 50% during construction and 40% at handover.
