The property
The Dubai Beach EDITION
The residences are developed by H&H for Shamal Holding, with architecture by RSHP, interiors by Rockwell Group and landscape design by Square M. Instead of a single tower, the homes are split across four low-rise pavilion buildings set among gardens, terraces and pools on a private beach.
The mix is two- to four-bedroom homes, with the developer quoting sizes from 1,450 to 3,770 sq ft. Owners share a beach club, a wellness club with spa, gym and treatment suites, a padel court, a residents’ lounge, co-working lounges and a 24-hour concierge, with priority access to the resort’s restaurants.
The published plan is 50% during construction and 50% at handover, with completion expected in 2029. Reservation amounts and individual milestones are not yet confirmed.
