No. Bay Villas was a 2024 Nakheel launch on Dubai Islands B. Bay Estates is a separate gated community with its own collections and plots. Make sure the project name matches across the brochure, quote and contract.
How should I verify beach access for a Bay Estates villa?
Request the plot location and written information on the access and facilities included with the unit. A coastal setting or a marketing image should not be treated as confirmation of private beach rights for every villa.
